As assessed by logistic regression, there were no significant associations between miR-210 levels over the median and clinical variables, including presence of coronary artery disease (CAD), nor echocardiographical variables, although the associations with left atrial area (odds ratio [OR] 0.92 [95% CI 0.84–1.003], p = 0.06) and NT-proBNP levels (OR 1.54 [0.98–2.41], p = 0.06) were of borderline significance.
