We acknowledge that the sample size in the present study had enough powers (≥99%) for detecting associations of the GRSs with obesity and related traits, but less than 80% power for detecting betas, as previously reported, of most individual SNPs (except for PCSK1-rs261967 and FTO-rs9939609) for associations with BMI, and for the gene×physical activity interactions in obesity. The gene discussed is PCSK1; the disease is obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
