By analyzing gene expression profiles and corresponding clinical information of breast cancer patients from publicly available datasets, we found that high expression of CCNA2 confers poor distant metastasis free survival (DMFS), disease free survival (DFS), recurrence free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS) in ER+ breast cancer patients (Fig. 1A, Fig. S1). This evidence concerns the gene CCNA2 and breast carcinoma.
