Cardiac dysfunction in TAC moderate and TAC severe LNA-control treated mice was accompanied by increased expression of fetal genes, including atrial natriuretic peptide (Anp), B type natriuretic peptide (Bnp) and β myosin heavy chain (β-MHC), which were exacerbated in the TAC severe model (Figure 4A).
