Analysis of prostate cancer gene expression dataset for primary and metastatic prostate cancer (194 cases) published by Taylor et al., 2010 using CBIOPORTAL indicated an odds ratio of 4.25 (confidence interval 1.40–12.86; p<0.02 by Fisher’s Exact Test) between AGR-2 and Caspase-3 suggesting a tendency towards co-occurrence of these two molecules [26]. Here, CASP3 is linked to prostate carcinoma.
