Blood pressure, catecholamine, angiotensin II (ANG-II), cardiac troponin I (cTnI), myoglobin (Mb), and endothelin-1(ET-1) levels of both cardiovascular disease patients and healthy subjects were measured before, during, and after cold air exposure with the aim of investigating the effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases induced by changes in catecholamine. The gene discussed is MB; the disease is cerebrovascular disorder.
