Cetuximab, Immunoglobulin, Rituxan and Thymoglobulin are immune-related drugs encoded by FCGR3A and CD4 genes in which Cetuximab is an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor used for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer and head and neck cancer [51,52]. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and metastatic colorectal cancer.
