Hence, to explore the inhibition of GSK3beta kinase with significant repression of tumorigenic potential in glioma cell line [22], our study showed that inhibition of GSK3beta Tyrosine-216 phosphorylation activity without change in inactivated Ser9 phosphorylation leads to downregulation of the expression of GSK3beta with loss of ERK1/2 phosphorylation.
