A significantly increased risk for RA associated with the WDFY4 rs7097397 GG genotype was evident among younger patients (OR = 2.45, 95% CI = 1.35–4.43, p = 0.003) and CRP-negative patients (OR = 1.80, 95% CI = 1.07–3.04, p = 0.027) compared with the WDFY4 rs7097397 AA genotype (Table 3).
