Using a triple CD19/CD3/Annexin V labeling, we found that B tumor cells (CD19+) were significantly more sensitive to a 2 mM dose of the drug than the normal T-cell subset, both at 24 and 48 hours (Figure 1D, P<0.01 at 24 hours and P<0.001 at 48 hours). The gene discussed is CD19; the disease is neoplasm.
