EZH2 and benign prostatic hyperplasia: Koh et al. analyzed the expression of miR-26a and EZH2 in 36 prostate samples (18 Tu, 18 Tf) [38], whereas we conducted the expression analyses in a larger cohort of 126 prostate tissue samples (50 Tu, 46 Tf, 30 BPH) and thus, may have gained a higher statistical reliability.
