We reviewed the CD4 dynamics, HAART history and clinical features in virologically suppressed patients with HIV-associated Hodgkin lymphoma and among matched controls to assess whether a CD4 count decline in virologically suppressed patients was indicative of development of Hodgkin lymphoma, and to identify if such a decline, if present, was associated with any clinical or laboratory markers suggestive of Hodgkin lymphoma. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and Hodgkins lymphoma.
