CD4 and hepatocellular carcinoma: This tendency was also found in the predicted CD4+ T cell epitopes [C (5.7%) vs. CH + LC + HCC (4.2%), p = 0.001] and in the mutational hotspot [C (7.7%) vs. CH + LC + HCC (5.9%), p = 0.004] with an increased frequency of mutations at a statistically significant level.
