The three TNF-α antagonists (etanercept, infliximab, and adalimumab) appear to have similar efficacy in rheumatoid arthritis (JIA), but this does not appear to be the case with uveitis where infliximab seems to be more effective than etanercept, and adalimumab more effective than infliximab. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and rheumatoid arthritis.
