The three TNF-α antagonists (etanercept, infliximab, and adalimumab) appear to have similar efficacy in rheumatoid arthritis (JIA), but this does not appear to be the case with uveitis where infliximab seems to be more effective than etanercept, and adalimumab more effective than infliximab. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
