IFNA2 and breast carcinoma: As we previously reported [11,12] and is shown in Table 3, among premenopausal breast cancer patients, low serum levels of 25OHD were associated with increased odds of ER negative vs. ER positive cancer, while high plasma levels of IL5, IFNα2 and TNFα were associated with increased odds of ER negative in comparison to ER positive cancer.
