Analysing the results from datasets originating from RNAseq in the cBioPortal, and using the criteria described above, 46.7% (245 cases out of 525 eligible cases) of all the subtypes of breast cancer patients either had a low expression, including deletions, of one of the PP2A complex components or a high expression, including amplification, of the inhibitory regulatory subunits (Figure 1). This evidence concerns the gene PTPA and breast carcinoma.
