A brief introduction to the relatively small number of early stage clinical studies using TAT in a variety of situations will follow, i.e., in recurrent brain tumor (7–9), recurrent ovarian cancer (10), human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2) positive i.p. cancers (11), myelogenous leukemia (12–16), non-Hodgkin lymphoma (17), and metastatic melanoma (18, 19). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and ovarian carcinoma.
