After 2 weeks, Treg cells were significantly higher in siTim-4 treated BD mice than those in the NC treated group (NC versus siTim-4: CD4+CD25+, 4.8 ± 0.6% versus 5.9 ± 1.2%, P = 0.03, n = 6; CD4+Foxp3+, 4.1 ± 0.7% versus 5.2 ± 1.2%, P = 0.03, n = 7; Treg, 2.7 ± 0.5% versus 3.5 ± 0.9%, P = 0.04, n = 7). This evidence concerns the gene FOXP3 and Behcet disease.
