TNFSF15 haplotypes A and B (which consist of five polymorphisms: rs3810936, rs6478108, rs6478109, rs7848647, and rs7869487) are risk and protective factors, respectively, for susceptibility in both Asian CD and Caucasian IBD patients [37, 39, 49], and haplotype B is a risk factor for severity and antibody status for E. coli outer membrane porin C in Jewish CD patients [49, 50].
