The luminal B xenograft samples were found to have a higher expression of PLCD4, GDPD3 and GPD1L, while the basal-like samples were characterized with higher expression of PLCG2, PNPLA3 and PLCE1. In addition, the concentrations of Cho, PCho and GPC were correlated with the expression of different genes in different breast cancer subgroups. This evidence concerns the gene GYPC and breast carcinoma.
