ALB and Hypoalbuminemia: Univariate analysis of survival revealed albumin <35 g/L (p<0.001), LDH≥450 IU/L (p<0.001), advanced PS (p<0.001), haemoglobin <12 g/L (p = 0.01), number of previous systemic lines (p = 0.02), elevated NLR (p<0.001) as well as normalization of the NLR following treatment (p<0.001) as being significant predictors of OS, with hypoalbuminemia (p = 0.01), high LDH (p = 0.005), poor PS (p = 0.006), high risk NLR (p = 0.04) and NLR normalization (p = 0.03) qualifying as independent predictors following multivariate analysis.
