The HSCT with lymphocytes, which were isolated from nontreated tumor-bearing donors, significantly suppressed the CT26 tumor growth of recipient mice compared with that in control mice and tumors disappeared in two of 12 mice (16.7%), whereas HSCT with lymphocytes, which were isolated from donors treated with intratumoral IFN gene transfer, markedly suppressed the tumor growth and tumors disappeared in nine of 14 mice (64.3%) (Fig. 4A). This evidence concerns the gene IFNA1 and neoplasm.
