In this study also, adenovirus-mediated IFN-α gene transfer significantly suppressed the growth of CT26 subcutaneous tumors (Fig. 3A), and increased the number of tumor-responsive splenocytes by an ELISpot assay (Fig. 3B), indicating that an intratumoral IFN-α gene transfer further promotes the priming of lymphocytes to TAAs in donor mice. This evidence concerns the gene IFNA1 and neoplasm.
