DNM2 and neoplasm: As shown in Figure 2A, a significant association between high-Dyn2 protein expression and tumor volume of >5% (reflective of pT1a vs. pT1b stage within the TURP samples [P = 0.009]) was observed, while a moderate to high Dyn2 expression was seen in the majority (∼90%) of PCA across different Gleason scores categories.
