In normal cervical epithelial cells, Daxx distributed in the nucleus, and only located in the nucleus (Figure 1A); in HR-HPV positive cells of CIN, Daxx mainly distributed nearby the nuclear membrane, a little within the nucleus (Figure 1B); in HR-HPV positive cells of CIN, CIN, carcinoma in situ and invasive cervical cancer, Daxx densely distributed in the cytoplasm and cell membrane (Figure 1C, D, E, F, G, H). The gene discussed is DAXX; the disease is cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.
