As shown in Fig. 2, increased FXYD6 expression was found to significantly correlate with the degree of differentiation of CC: the positive expression rate of FXYD6 in well- and moderately-differentiated CC (36/42; 85.7%) was higher than that in poorly-differentiated CC (12/30; 40%). The gene discussed is FXYD6; the disease is cholangiocarcinoma.
