Patients with >10 stings had a higher occurrence of liver injury and coagulation disorder (elevated ALT 31.8% vs. 13.5%, p<0.001; elevated PT 26.1% vs. 14.1%, p = 0.026; elevated APTT 36.0% vs. 21.8%, p = 0.017) compared to those with ≤10 stings. This evidence concerns the gene GPT and blood coagulation disease.
