ARHGAP11A and neoplasm: In vivo siRNA treatment significantly reduced tumor expansion (1471±238.5 mm for scrambled siRNA, 422.1±44.5 mm for siRNA#1, and 717.6±162.7 mm for siRNA#2 at day 28), suggesting that ARHGAP11A is a promising therapeutic target for the treatment of invasive tumors (Figure 6J).
