CDH2 and cancer: The rate of the samples that overexpressed E-cadherin decreased in the cancer tissues compared to their adjacent normal tissues (normal vs cancer, 80.85% vs 40.98%, P < 0.01), but the rate of the samples that overexpressed N-cadherin or snail increased in the cancer tissues (normal vs cancer, N-cadherin, 12.77% vs 72.13%, P < 0.01; normal vs cancer, snail, 17.02% vs 68.85%, P < 0.01).
