APOE and Alzheimer disease: The main contributions of this work are 1) the analysis of 813 participants, providing a large number of subjects for the training and testing datasets and enabled us to establish the value of such pattern analysis methods as highly sensitive and specific imaging biomarkers of AD; 2) the combination of imaging, APOE genotype, CSF biomarkers, and ADAS-Cog allowed us to evaluate individual, as well as combined value of different types of AD biomarkers; 3) a longer follow-up using the larger cohort (mean follow-up time was 30 months),as opposed to most previous studies using ADNI.
