We observed that only 5 to 10% dilutions of prostate cancer CM were capable to induce osteoclastogenesis from RANKL-primed RAW 264.7 precursors, while further increase in the amount of prostate cancer CM (20 to 50%) resulted in blunting the osteoclastogenic effects of CM. Here, TNFSF11 is linked to Familial prostate cancer.
