In contrast, a combination of anti-PD-1/CD137 with cisplatin significantly inhibited tumor growth (median survival days 21, 21, 23, 29, 34, and 76 days for control, anti-PD-1, anti-CD137, cisplatin, anti-PD-1/CD137 and anti-PD-1/CD137/cisplatin respectively; p<0.05 for anti-PD-1/CD137/cisplatin versus cisplatin or anti-PD-1/CD137) and 2 of 6 mice survived tumor-free when the experiment was terminated 90 days after tumor transplantation. Here, TNFRSF9 is linked to neoplasm.
