Notably, we found that MV4-11 cell had more baseline γ-H2A.X foci (15.45±0.80) when compared to other tested AML cells (7.58±1.94 for KG-1A and 8.88±0.96 for TF1, respectively), which might be caused by elevated level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) due to mutant FLT3/ITD in MV4-11 cells [22]. This evidence concerns the gene FLT3 and acute myeloid leukemia.
