PGF and preeclampsia: The serum sFlt-1/PlGF ratio (at a cutoff value of 24.5) was more accurate than sFlt-1 (at a cutoff point of 3198 pg/mL) and PlGF (at a cutoff point of 138 pg/mL) to predict preeclampsia at midtrimester with the best odds ratio and the highest sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values, positive and negative likelihood ratios, and overall accuracy when compared to the individual factor evaluation.
