One hundred sixty-one genes were differentially expressed in the stage II comparison (134 increased and 27 decreased, Table S3B) including crystallin, beta B2 (CRYBB2; 2.00 log2 fold-change; P = 3.27E-10) which was differentially expressed in AA breast, colorectal, and prostate cancers [19,20,37,38]. This evidence concerns the gene CRYBB2 and prostate carcinoma.
