For leptin level, with radiographic disease progression considered as ∆SHS ≥1 and after controlling on RA-related and metabolic parameters, with each 1-unit increase in log(leptin) level, the risk of radiographic progression at 1 year was increased 59% (model 3 or 4, OR = 1.59 (1.05 to 2.41); P = 0.03) (Table 3, Figure 2).
