On the basis of this postulation, we selected seven polymorphisms of DICER (rs12323635CT, rs13078TA, rs1057035TC, and rs3742330AG) and DROSHA (rs2291109AT, rs10719TC, and rs642321CT) to evaluate the association between the genetic variants of DICER and DROSHA genes and risk of bladder cancer. This evidence concerns the gene DICER1 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
