DROSHA and urinary bladder cancer: As shown in Table 3, we observed that subjects with the DROSHA 3’UTR rs10719C allele (TC and CC genotypes) had a 1.24-fold increased risk of bladder cancer (Adjusted OR = 1.25, 95% CI = 1.01-1.55, P = 0.041) compared with the rs10719TT genotype.
