As already known [7], Tat induced toxicity in neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells (Figure S4) and U-87 MG cells (Figure S5A) resulting in retarded growth while mTat showed attenuated cytotoxicity in SH-SY5Y and U-87 MG cells (Figure S4 and S5A). Here, TAT is linked to neuroblastoma.
