CD8A and neoplasm: Figure 9 shows a representative images with a high content of CD3 (Figure 9B) and CD8 (Figure 9C) staining in sample A579 (relapse-free) while IHC staining of B349 tumor (relapse) showed a markedly decreased lymphoid component with few CD3 positive T-cells (Figure 9E) and almost no CD8 T-cells (Figure 9F).
