As a major member of the TNKS family, it has been reported that tankyrase 1(TNKS1) were up-regulated in a variety of cancers, including multiple myeloma, plasma cell leukemia, high-grade non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas, breast cancer, colon cancer, and bladder cancer [16-22]. The gene discussed is TNKS; the disease is urinary bladder carcinoma.
