However, if any immunodeficiency is triggered by the anti-CCR7 therapy, it should be expected that while it could be greater than that caused by the treatment with rituximab, which only eliminates B cells, it would be milder than that caused by alemtuzumab treatment, which eliminates all T and B lymphocytes as well as other leukocyte subpopulations[39,40].
