Importantly, the absence of metabolic sub-clustering between the Fh1+/+ and AhCreFh1fl/+ suggests that a monoallelic loss of Fh1 is not sufficient to generate a metabolic signature (Figure 1C), in line with the fact that no renal cysts were detected in Fh1 heterozygous mice (not shown).
