To gain a molecular understanding of HOXC9-induced differentiation, we conducted microarray gene expression profiling of human neuroblastoma BE(2)-C/Tet-Off/myc-HOXC9 cells, which express myc-tagged human HOXC9 and undergo neuronal differentiation in the absence of doxycycline [18] (Figure 1A). This evidence concerns the gene HOXC9 and neuroblastoma.
