UGT2B15 and prostate carcinoma: After adjusting for age, race and BMI, four UGT2B15 SNPs, rs9994887, rs13112099, rs7686914 and rs7696472, were associated with increased risk of prostate cancer, when compared to the minor allele (Log additive model OR = 1.49, 95% CI = 1.09, 2.04; OR = 1.48, 95% CI = 1.08, 2.03, OR = 1.48, 95% CI = 1.08, 2.03, OR = 1.49, 95% CI = 1.06, 2.00, respectively).
