To investigate if downregulation of HS3ST2 is dependent on hypermethylation of the gene, we analyzed the re-expression (Figure 1D) and demethylation (Figure 1E) of silenced HS3ST2 by qRT-PCR and EpiTYPERTM assay after treatment of lung cancer cells with 10 μM 5-Aza-dC for 72 h. This evidence concerns the gene HS3ST2 and lung carcinoma.
