HS3ST2 hypermethylation has recently been reported in a variety of cancers, such as breast cancer [8,9], colorectal cancer [8,10,11], gastric cancer [12], hematological neoplasm [13], lung cancer [8], pancreatic cancer [8], prostate cancer [14], and cervical cancer [15,16]. The gene discussed is HS3ST2; the disease is prostate cancer.
