We revealed that the suppression of MLH1 expression decreases the expression of PMS2 protein in TMZ-resistant cells and GBM cell lines in vitro. However, in our clinical data, though the expression of MLH1 and PMS2 decreases, the alternation of the expression of these genes did not always correlate each other (Fig. 3B).
