ITIH4 and hydatidiform mole: The present study was performed to assess the specificity of the 35 kDa fragment of ITIH4 as a potential cancer biomarker and determine whether it was overexpressed in the sera of pregnant women (n = 20) and patients with hydatidiform mole (n = 20), who are known to have higher levels of serum oestrogens, relative to normal healthy subjects (n = 20).
