miR-378, miR-422a, miR-593 and miR-494 from the first group, which affected the CD3G gene (responsible for the CD3-gamma subunit), and were down-regulated in cancer tissues, when compared to adjacent normal tissues (Table 5), whereas miR-378 was up-regulated in blood sera of cancer patients (Table 8). The gene discussed is CD3G; the disease is cancer.
