The two best performing molecules that can distinguish RM from cancer are CA125 (AUC = 0.752) and CRP (AUC = 0.708) (Figure 3A), while the best molecules which can separate RM and HC are PDGF-AB/BB, PDGF-AA, sIL6R and Leptin (AUC = 0.815, 0.731, 0.739 and 0.73, respectively, Figure 3C). The gene discussed is CRP; the disease is cancer.
