HERC4 and breast carcinoma: The western blot result of four paired samples was showed in Figure 2A and the value of optical density of the tumorous (T) and nontumorous (N) tissues was graphically expressed in Figure 2B. The mRNA expression detected by quantitative real-time PCR was showed in Figure 2C. The result showed that expression level of HERC4 mRNA was about 6-folds elevated in breast cancer tissues compared with adjacent normal breast tissues.
