Significant associations were found between some of the gene sets and sex (sex correlated with a set of Y chromosome genes), age, tumor cell content, proliferation (Ki67 index), genetic aberrations (deletions in 6q21, 17p13, presence of t (14;18)), immunophenotype (MUM1, CD10 expression) and the cell of origin (ABC/GCB), respectively (File S2). This evidence concerns the gene MME and neoplasm.
