The depletion of MYC translocations (Table S1) in HiGA-SIR and its favorable patient outcome in our extended DLBCL cohort (Figure S5) indicated that the lower tumor cell content in HiGA-SIR was likely due to the underlying biology of the tumor cells and not to the way in which the tumor samples were collected. The gene discussed is MYC; the disease is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
